The International Organization for Mycoplasmology (IOM) is a non-profit scientific organization dedicated to the study of the Mollicutes, cell wall-less bacteria that infect a wide variety of animals and plants. For new memberships and membership renewals, click on the Membership tab above.

The abstract submission site for the 20th IOM Congress in Blumenau, Brazil is now closed. For late abstract submission, contact the Scientific Program Chair Pascal Sirand-Pugnet (email@example.com). For further information about the meeting go the congress web site. Now is the time to renew your IOM membership to save money on meeting registration fees. The IOM will be providing a registration discount for students/postdocs and Retired members to offset the cost of visa fees.
